Sports Ladder is a ladder-ranking app for sports clubs. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language. It is a starting template for a small club app, not legal advice.

What we collect

Your email address — used to sign in and to send account-related email (such as verification).
Your display name — shown to other members of clubs you join.
Match data — the challenges, schedules, and results you enter, and the ranking stats (Elo, wins/losses) derived from them, per club.

We do not collect payment information, and the app does not use cameras, microphones, or your location.

How it's stored

Your data is stored in Sports Ladder's database, hosted on Supabase, and the app is served via Vercel. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Access is restricted so that, in general, you and the members of clubs you share can see the information relevant to play (for example, a club's roster and match results).

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use it only to run the ladder and your account.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact your club administrator (or the Sports Ladder operator who invited you). We will remove your profile and memberships on request.
